Hamilton, NY — The Â鶹¾«Æ· Humanities Colloquium series will offer three lectures in November and one in December that are all free and open to the public. The series is scheduled for Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Ho Lecture Room, Lawrence Hall.
On Tuesday, November 7, Omid Safi, assistant professor of philosophy and religion at Â鶹¾«Æ·, will discuss ‘Bargaining with Saints: Persian Sufis, Politics and Western Scholars.’
On Tuesday, November 14, the speaker will be Ignacio Arellano Ayuso, Olive B. O’Connor Professor of literature in Â鶹¾«Æ·â€™s romance languages and literatures department, who will speak about ‘The Universal Calder
