CENTERVILLE, MA– Â鶹¾«Æ· sophomore goaltender Rebecca Lahar earned her first goaltender of the week honor this season for her excellent play against Quinnipiac over the weekend.
Lahar led Â鶹¾«Æ· to its first sweep of a division I opponent at home by making 54 saves in the two wins. Friday night, Lahar set a new standard at Â鶹¾«Æ· when she posted her 922nd save in the second period.
This season, Lahar has turned away 358 shots, while recording a 3.51 goals against average and posting a 5-7-0 record.
